Vibe coding for WISP/ISP operators – build at the speed of thought

Stop typing. Start architecting.

Open-source WISP/ISP software on GitHub (MIT): LTE and 5G, Voice / SIP & UC (numbers, E911, porting), fixed wireless and wireline access, CBRS, TR-069 / ACS, subscriber & HSS, and bandwidth testing with Ookla & iperf3 via Bandwidth Test Manager.

I've spent decades as an engineer—from the hardware-heavy world of LTE to complex WISP and ISP systems. wisptools.io is the proof that we can build data-heavy, production-grade platforms at the speed of thought.

The problem

The way we build software is fundamentally broken.

We spend months on syntax and weeks on infrastructure setup. Meanwhile, the market moves on.

Why Vibe Coding

That's why I'm pivoting to Vibe Coding: using AI not just as a "helper," but as my primary engine. I built wisptools.io from the ground up. It's not just a landing page—it's a data-heavy suite running on Firebase, MongoDB Atlas, Google Compute Engine, and ArcGIS.

What used to take a team of months took me a matter of weeks.

Mission

I'm helping founders and teams stop "typing" and start "architecting." If you have a complex idea that needs a high-performance cloud stack, I'm here to build it at the speed of thought.

Voice / SIP & UC in WISP Management (WISP/ISP)

The management app now includes a tenant-scoped Voice / SIP & UC module for WISP and ISP operators: carrier accounts, telephone numbers, service locations and E911-style addressing, port orders, and webhook-ready carrier ingress—linked to the same customer records you already use elsewhere. API routes live under /api/voice; see the Voice/SIP module guide on GitHub.

Bandwidth Test Manager — probes & SLA

Bandwidth Test Manager stays the open-source side for scheduled Ookla / iperf3 (and netperf) runs, web UI, and SLA-style hooks—ideal for WISP/ISP teams validating access performance alongside core network ops. Repo: theorem6/Bandwidth-Test-Manager.

Open source under MIT

WISP Management (built for WISP/ISP operations) is released under the MIT License (previously CC BY 4.0). Bandwidth Test Manager is also MIT licensed. Clearer terms for reuse, forks, and contributions.

Open source & acknowledgments

WISP Management and Bandwidth Test Manager are released under the MIT License—same codebase, useful whether you run a WISP, a fixed wireless ISP, or other ISP access models. The stack builds on open-source runtimes and libraries (for example SvelteKit, Firebase SDKs, MongoDB drivers, ECharts, Leaflet) and commercial or hosted services you agree to separately (Google Firebase, MongoDB Atlas, Esri ArcGIS, and others).

TR-069/ACS deployments often use GenieACS (AGPL-3.0). This page uses DM Sans via Google Fonts (SIL Open Font License). Card images use the third-party placehold.co placeholder service.

The proof: two live projects

Open tools for WISP/ISP networks—built in the open with modern tooling so operators can plan, deploy, and run without lock-in.

WISP Management

For WISP and ISP teams: plan sites, manage subscribers and HSS, Voice/SIP & UC, deploy EPC nodes, monitor gear, and run TR-069/ACS – all in one place. Multi-tenant, Firebase, MongoDB Atlas, GCE, ArcGIS.

Bandwidth Test Manager

Run and manage netperf-based throughput tests from a simple UI—built for WISP/ISP throughput validation. Point-and-click tests and result history.
