Transform one system at a time.

AgenticOps is how we change legacy software without boiling the ocean: one bounded system, one verified path to production, then the next. Chrysalis is the flagship engine for that work — today focused on legacy PHP estates: capture real behavior, replay against candidates, diff honestly, chimera cutover until proof lands. The wisptools.io stack is the public proof that the discipline ships. The longer arc is macro-scale fragility — finance, governance, institutional cascades — same bar: transformation you can stress-test. Chrysalis code is on GitHub (4GEngineer/chrysalis); maturity is early — pilots prove it one system at a time.

What is AgenticOps

One system at a time — verified transformation that compounds.

Big-bang rewrites fail because nobody can hold the whole graph in their head. AgenticOps transforms one system at a time: a bounded slice of your legacy estate, an oracle that records truth, a candidate that must replay it, a chimera cutover that earns traffic — then we repeat on the next bounded system.

Chrysalis is the first flagship — verification-backed migration on legacy PHP (capture → ingest → emit → verify → chimera). Source: github.com/4GEngineer/chrysalis (its own repo, not buried inside WISP-Management). It’s early; pilots stay private alpha and scoped one system at a time. wisptools.io remains the separate, production-hardened proof of how we ship with agents.

The north star stays systemic fragility — coupling, contagion, governance shocks — where silent wrong output becomes a crisis. AgenticOps states intent; Chrysalis earns credibility one legacy system at a time in software first.

“Don’t transform the company in one hero arc. Transform the next system — with proof.”
